Withdrawal Rejection

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x — meaning the combined amount of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of this period.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
- Not all games may be played with a bonus balance; wagering contributions may vary by game.
- If a real money withdrawal is requested after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
- Misuse of the bonus system (account hedging, bonus hunting, etc.) is a punishable offence.
VIP and Cashback Program
va77 has five VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, up to 0.8% at Platinum and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Diamond. Reaching a higher tier depends on consistent play and activity.
Promotional Changes
va77 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Members will be notified as much as possible when changes are made to active promotions.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy

Bet Cancellation and Invalid Results
